TERMS AND CONDITIONS MONTHLY PASS HOLDERS
The following terms are agreed by all parties by accepting and/or displaying the OnPark pass you accept all the terms and conditions here in.

1. Replacement of a lost pass is subject to a replacement/service charge of $25.00+HST
2. Parking passes remain the property of OnPark and may be recalled or reclaimed at any time at the sole discretion of the issuer or their appointed agent.
3.The Monthly client is issued a parking pass to display as proof of authorization to park in the designated zone or lot. The parking pass may be displayed in any vehicle that is suitable to fit in one spot or space. Oversized commercial vehicles are not permitted except with special permission. An additional charge will apply. Ontario Parking is responsible for monitoring all OnPark zones. The parking pass is the only reference for monitoring and determining the eligibility of the vehicle for parking in the zone.
IF THE PARKING PASS IS NOT FULLY VISIBLE FROM BOTH SIDES IT WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID. PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED FROM THE REAR VIEW MIRROR ALWAYS WHILE PARKED.
4. In the event a vehicle is noted to be in violation by order of Ontario Parking for failing to fully display a valid parking pass this action and the resulting action or remedy will be considered as an extension of this agreement as a contract for service.
5. The Client agrees to keep their account in good standing where as they agree to pay monthly fees in a timely fashion as to not be using the zone without payment or when payments are in arrears. Invoices must be paid no later than 3 business days after receipt or pass will be deemed to be invalid
Clients deemed to not be in good standing may have their parking pass revoked or the vehicle displaying said pass may be deemed to be in violation. Failed attempts to collect payments including declined credit card, NSF cheques or late payments will result in a fee of $55.00+hst. All late or declined fees must be paid in order to keep account in good standing.
Accounts not in good standing will result in the parking pass being put on temporary suspension.
6. The Client agrees to only park in the Zone they are assigned a pass for. Vehicles displaying a pass for another zone will be treated as though not displaying a valid pass and be deemed to be in violation.
7. The client agrees not to park in a manner that will impede other vehicles what so ever.
8. The client will not park in a manner that may cause a safety issue or impede entry or exit of any vehicle.
9. Vehicles leaking fluid or emitting any vapor or smoke or any other substance that may cause a safety concern will be relocated.
10. Parking lot damage or damage thought to be caused by another vehicle is never the responsibility of OnPark or any of its Agent Subcontractors clients or employees. The Client agrees to in all cases hold harmless OnPark and any of its subsidiaries or operating companies related to the zone in which the subject pass was displayed and the vehicle in which it was displayed in.
11. In the event the zone is deemed unusable or for any reason not in the control of OnPark or its staff or subsidiaries or operating companies related to the operation of said zone. OnPark may at their discretion re-assign the parking pass to another zone held by OnPark.
12. Loss of use of the Parking Pass due to weather or any other circumstances what so ever is never corrected or remedied at the cost of OnPark.
13. Special event parking may not be covered by the issued pass.
14. OnPark does not refund money ever.
15. All sales are final there are no refunds.
16. Invoices are sent ( via email) on or about the same day of every month, invoices must be paid within 3 business days of receipt or pass is deemed to be in violation status.
17. The Parking Pass must be returned within 15 days of the cancellation date . Failure to return the pass will result in a charge equal to one month and a pass replacement fee.
18. Business accounts paid by cheques are due upon receipt
19. There are no retroactive cancellations granted.
20. No agreement or understanding in anyway modifying the terms set out here in shall be considered binding upon OnPark unless done so and acknowledged in writing.
21. The client agrees that OnPark is not ever responsible for any personal physical injury while on the premises regardless of circumstances.
22. Violations may result in the relocation of a vehicle at the express risk and expense and consent of the owner or operator as an extension of this agreement. In the event of a vehicle relocation the client will pay all charges that result from said violation.
23. Use of a pass not in good standing or on suspension will result in a violation.
24. Snow removal or service vehicles cannot at anytime be impeded blocked or prevented from clearing snow anytime during snow events. Vehicles found to be doing so will be relocated on property (zone) as a service to be charged to the pass holders as a part of this agreement and terms.
25. ONPARK passes and spaces can not be resold to third parties.
26. Vehicles displaying signage or details for the use of sale of rental of vehicle are prohibited and will be noted in violation.
Clients of OnPark must acknowledge that they have read and understand and agree to abide by the policies outlined herein, and that no other body or organization will have any authority with respect to the Zone or lot to which the client is registered for.
OnPark sells only the ability to use the issued parking pass and does not record or reference the make or model or description of any vehicle unless expressed in writing. Passes may be displayed from any vehicle, however the client may not transfer the responsibility of the account or its standing to another person without the written consent of OnPark.
By displaying the OnPark Pass you accept all the term and conditions note above.

1. Pay per use parking must be purchased at the time of use and can not be purchased in advance or after you have exited your vehicle.
2. Parking spaces are on a first come first served basis and never guaranteed.
3. The client is responsible to ensure they have purchased the correct parking Zone, Time frame and having entered the correct vehicle information.. Oversized commercial vehicles are not permitted except with special permission. An additional charge will apply. Ontario Parking is responsible for monitoring all OnPark zones.
4. In the event a vehicle is noted to be in violation by order of Ontario Parking for failing to fully display a valid parking pass or failure to purchase a PAY PER USE PARKING , this action and the resulting action or remedy will be considered as an extension of this agreement as a contract for service.

Pay per use parking can not be purchased in advance.. All late or declined fees must be paid in order to keep account in good standing.
6. The Client agrees to only park in the Zone they are purchasing the pay per use parking for. Vehicles registered for another zone will be treated as invalid and deemed to be in violation.
7. The client agrees not to park in a manner that will impede other vehicles what so ever.

9. Vehicles leaking fluid or emitting any vapor or smoke or any other substance that may cause a safety concern will be relocated..
10. Parking lot damage or damage thought to be caused by another vehicle is never the responsibility of OnPark or any of its Agent Subcontractors, clients or employees. The Client agrees in all cases to hold harmless OnPark and any of its subsidiaries or operating companies related to the zone in which the subject pass was purchased or displayed and the vehicle in which it was purchased for or displayed in.
11. In the event the zone is deemed unusable or for any reason not in the control of OnPark or its staff or subsidiaries or operating companies related to the operation of said zone. OnPark may at their discretion close the parking area.
12. Loss of use of the Pay per use parking due to weather or any other circumstances what so ever is never corrected or remedied at the cost of OnPark.
13. Special event parking may not be covered by the posted pay per use rates.
14. OnPark does not refund money ever.
15. All sales are final there are no refunds.
16. OnPark may revoke Pay Per Use purchases if a vehicle has been noted as violating any of the listed terms and may revoke future purchases of vehicle or operator.
17. Pay per use parking can not be transferred to another vehicle and is only valid for the vehicle entered at time of purchase.
18. Pay per use parking times are listed in the purchase, users parking outside of valid parking times are considered to be in violation.
19. There are no retroactive cancellations granted.
20. No agreement or understanding in anyway modifying the terms set out here in shall be considered binding upon OnPark unless done so and acknowledged in writing.

23. 24 hour parking purchases are valid from time of purchase until exactly 24 hours after.
